Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options for delivery within the United States, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and priority shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery location.
  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within two (2) business days. Processing time does not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
  • Shipping Restrictions: Currently, we ship only within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Returns Policy

  • Return Period: We accept returns within ten (10) days of the receipt of your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@BodyHKR.com to obtain a return authorization and return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within ten (10) days.
  • Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@BodyHKR.com for exchange instructions.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@BodyHKR.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
